Lifts from last night:
Squat: 250
Overhead Press: 90
Deadlift: 300!
Good lifts, Deadlift is getting hard. 5 reps at 300 was pretty brutal. I need to work on my form as well as I can tell I’m not using my hips/quads enough. Summer’s here so I’m tryna cut too. My deficit isn’t gonna be too big maybe about 300-400 kCal deficit. Yeah. That’s about it. Back to Diablo. PM me for my bnet username if you want to play with me.
