Lifts from last night:

Squat: 250

Overhead Press: 90

Deadlift: 300!

Good lifts, Deadlift is getting hard. 5 reps at 300 was pretty brutal. I need to work on my form as well as I can tell I’m not using my hips/quads enough. Summer’s here so I’m tryna cut too. My deficit isn’t gonna be too big maybe about 300-400 kCal deficit. Yeah. That’s about it. Back to Diablo. PM me for my bnet username if you want to play with me.

Goals

Short term: Drop to about 185 lbs BW. Hit a 200+ Bench, Squat 315, Deadlift 405 . I want to accomplish these goals by the end of summer, which isn’t very hard.

Long term: My main persistent goal right now is to hit 3/4/5 in the big lifts which is, 300 on the bench, 400 on the squat, and 500 on the deadlift. 

Made this post to remind me what my priorities are.

Today was fine I guess. Failed OHP… Feelsbadman.jpg. I’m really scared for my deadlifts now. My grip strength fucking blows. I won’t be able to keep going up in DLs because of my grip. My quads and back can take it but the grip is fucking me. I need to start doing some grip accessory work like farmer’s walks and maybe rows.

Overall shit session lol. I am a fucking retard. Squats I had a 2.5 on one of the sides but forgot to put it on the other. So fuck that. Overhead Press I always fucking feel weak on. Idk I need to get back in the groove. And to top it all off I left my chalk at home. Soooo slippery sloppy Deadlifts. Fuck that shit lol. After every rep I had to wipe my hands on my shorts and try to wipe the bar a bit. Whatever. I’ll be back in on Thursday and it’ll be better.
